Akator Oseghale Theophilus, popularly known as TheoSax 🎷, is a passionate Nigerian saxophonist, creative entrepreneur, entertainer, and the visionary behind Saxpressions—a growing musical and talent-expression platform based in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.

TheoSax is more than a saxophonist. He is an artist committed to using music as a language of emotion, inspiration, connection, and positive change. Through his instrument, he seeks to create melodies that touch the heart, inspire young people, celebrate creativity, and showcase the beauty of instrumental music.

THE BIRTH OF SAXPRESSIONS 🎷

Out of his passion for music and his desire to create opportunities for young creatives, TheoSax established Saxpressions—an entertainment and talent-expression initiative designed to bring musicians, performers, creatives, entrepreneurs, and lovers of art together.

The philosophy behind Saxpressions is simple:

SAXPRESSIONS 2026 🎶

The 2026 edition of Saxpressions is positioned as one of TheoSax's major creative projects, scheduled for Friday, 6 November 2026, in Benin City.

The event is designed to bring together established artists, emerging talents, entertainers, sponsors, business leaders, creatives, and music lovers for an unforgettable celebration of sound and talent.

With the theme and philosophy “The Sax Speak, The Heart Listens,” Saxpressions seeks to establish a recognizable platform where instrumental music and creative expression receive the attention they deserve.

Benin City already has a history of vibrant instrumental and jazz performance culture, making the city a natural environment for a platform dedicated to showcasing the saxophone and other forms of live creativity.
